NeoBot is locked to only work on one set of hardware.

You are normally allowed to reset your Hardware Id lock once every 7 days which can be done from within NeoBot directly ("Change Hradware Id?" message).
If you have already reset the lock in the past 7 days, you will be getting a "Hardware Id Mismatch", but you may use this form to have it reset anyways.

Make sure that you will be assigning to a Hardware Id which is stable and doesn't change because you can only use this form for FREE once in 30 days.

If you have already used this form in the past 30 days, you can still get your Hardware Id reset here automatically but it will cost 2 days of your NeoBot account time.
